Store Policy

1. Puppy Health & Guarantee

  • All of our puppies are carefully selected from trusted breeders and receive regular veterinary check-ups before adoption.

  • Puppies are sold with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, and a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

  • We provide a limited health guarantee (details provided at time of purchase) to ensure your new puppy starts its life with you in the best condition possible.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of live animals, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges.

  • In cases where a puppy is found to have a congenital health issue (as certified by a licensed veterinarian), we will work with you to find a fair resolution in line with our health guarantee.

3. Reservations & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This ensures the puppy is held exclusively for you until pickup or delivery.

  • Final payment must be made before the puppy leaves our care.

4. Products & Services

  • All products (food, accessories, etc.) purchased in-store are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and with a valid receipt.

  • Grooming and veterinary services require appointments; cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • We encourage all families to be fully prepared for the commitment of caring for a puppy.
