Yes! All of our puppies are examined by licensed veterinarians, up to date on vaccinations and deworming, and come with a health certificate and limited health guarantee.

Q: Can I reserve a puppy before visiting the store?
Absolutely. You can place a non-refundable deposit to reserve your puppy. This ensures the puppy is held just for you until pickup or delivery.

Q: What breeds do you offer?
We work with trusted breeders across the U.S. and offer a wide variety of popular and rare breeds. Contact us to see which puppies are currently available.

Q: Can I meet the puppy before adoption?
Yes! We encourage families to visit our locations to spend time with the puppy before making a decision.

Payment & Policies

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Financing options may also be available for puppy purchases.

Q: Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because puppies are live animals, we do not offer traditional returns. However, our health guarantee provides solutions in the unlikely event of a congenital health issue. Products (like food and accessories) can be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused.

Shipping Nationwide or Internationally

Q: Do you ship puppies?
Yes! At Epic Puppies, we provide safe and reliable nationwide shipping, as well as delivery to select international destinations.

Q: How is the puppy shipped?
Your puppy’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. Puppies travel with approved pet transport services or airlines that specialize in live animal care. They are placed in climate-controlled cabins (never cargo) and provided with proper bedding, food, and water during the journey.

Q: What are the costs of shipping a puppy?
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, airline, and required travel arrangements. Our team will provide a detailed quote before finalizing your puppy’s travel.

Q: Can I track my puppy’s shipment?
Yes. Once your puppy is on the way, we’ll provide tracking updates and stay in touch until your new family member arrives safely in your arms.

Q: What documents are included when shipping internationally?
International shipments include a health certificate, vaccination record, and any required customs/export documentation. Some destinations may require additional paperwork, quarantine periods, or specific vaccines—our team will guide you through the process.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Domestic deliveries are usually completed within 1–3 days once travel is scheduled. International shipments may take longer due to customs clearance and airline availability.

Q: Can I request a personal hand-delivery?
Yes! In select cases, we can arrange for a puppy nanny to accompany your puppy on the flight and deliver them directly to you. This is the safest and most stress-free option for international destinations.
